  • Use gentle soothing products only,

First 24–48 Hours

  • Avoid gym, sauna, steam room, hot showers, 
  • Avoid active skincare: retinol, AHA, BHA, vitamin C, 
  • Avoid direct sun exposure, 
  • Do not exfoliate or pick the skin, 

First Week

  • Use gentle cleanser and moisturiser, 
  • Keep skin hydrated, 
  • Avoid waxing, laser,  peels, and strong facials,  
  • Continue SPF 30+ or higher daily. 

Who Should Avoid Morpheus8?

  • Morpheus8 may not be suitable if you are:

  • Pregnant or breastfeeding

  • Have active infection or open wounds

  • Have active acne flare-up in treatment area

  • Have a pacemaker or implanted electronic device

  • Have metal implants in the treatment area
